mulu-pinnacle

Hi friend, I just came back from hiking gunong api in mulu(Sarawak) to view the Pinnacle, wow it is a great and taught hike, but I really enjoy and once again I tell myself "I did it". From the ground to the low peak of gunong api is just 2.4km but this 2.4km already take me 3hrs to reach up there and 4hrs to get down, back to the base camp, it is so slippery all the way down. I came back to KL with all the "black green" mark on my leg especially my knee, and of corse, thanks to the leeches, let me bring back the itchi as souvenir, until now almost 2 weeks after still not recover yet, "great bite"!! After this hike, few more run waiting for me, mcdonald run 7km, siemen run 10km, addidas run 22.7km, shape run 10km all coming soon. Still thinking want to go Desaru(Johor) to do the triathlon relay or not on mid aug and the year end singapore marathon open for registration soon, got to think about it and nicely plan my timetable!!

Very Excited

I feel very excited that I can find some high school friends, who was really closed at that time, but totally lost contact after graduated. Especially Keff Chan, I was thinking about her in this 15 years when she totally disappeared, thinking about the funny memories we had in the high school with 聂少强 (The photo shown below), always talked about dirty jokes when we three together...





Another person who was very closed also at JM3(9), 秀芬...I remember she was dating with Lip Koon, and we always went out together watched movie, shopping....they were very sweet at that time..(Oops, sorry ya 秀芬, broadcast a bit of your old secret...hope you don't mind!!)

I'm really looking forward for the K gathering this Sunday, really worry that not enough time to chat and sing...hahaha!!

嗨! 朋友...还记得我是谁吗?

十几年不见, 还记得我是谁吗? 我就是姓赖的, 名秀芬咯! 真的很开心, 也没想到可以在 facebook里找回你们, 因为我十年来都很少上网, 更不会MSN 及BLOG, 只是工作及照顾孩子. 自从换了这份工才可以天天上网, 同时也学会了很多网络的知识.

就在这简单的告知一些有关我这十几年来的故事吧! 我就在1999年嫁了给他(KENNY), 一个大我九年的男人, 可能这就是缘分吧...嘻嘻! 二人世界了几年, 在2003年才诞下我的小可爱(女儿), 她叫婷玮. 很不小心的又在2004年尾时诞下那玩皮的小瓜(儿子), 他叫伟健.

然后呢? 当然是很勤力的赚钱养家咯! 有了两个小瓜, 真的负担很重, 钱不够用, 于是要MIL (家婆)来帮忙照顾. 唉! 真的相见容易, 相处难啊! 所以我已学会了...忍忍忍... 免得与她争吵.

很久没那么开心了, 可以在这里得知你们的消息, 还可以再次与你们聚会, 真的作梦也没想过有这么一天, 真真真真的好开心...哈哈哈哈哈! 很期待这星期天的聚会...到时见啦!!!

Edinburgh - Arthur's Seat - 狮子山

Got a couple of days off last week, so I decided to join a friend mountain trekking plus some photographing. It was a struggle going uphill, I had to stop for breath a couple of times and had to tell my friend that I stopped because I would like to take some photographs (I was carrying quite a few kilogrammes of camera equipments lah)! Finally reached the top after half an hour of torture but the reward was absolutely well worth it, the view was amazing!

The mountain is called Arthur's Seat but the Chinese immigrants, mostly from Hong Kong, called it 狮子山. During the summer time, couples of all ages drive half way up the mountain, and then park somewhere out of sight for 'chit chating', very 'romantic'...something like Gasing Hill in PJ. Anyone of you been to Gasing Hill in Petaling Jaya?
