最近在朋友处接触到一件很有趣的事 ~ 深层心灵沟通

用沟通的技巧找出心里隐藏很久的一些不开心而不知不觉影响了生活的障碍。 。。

这些不开心的事不一定只是这一生才种下的因，可能是前世或更早种下的。透过这个沟通，我们就能更瞭解我们自己，化解了障碍，生活 就会更美满，做事就会事半功倍。

话虽如次，但是能不能成功，还得靠自己不断的努力。。。

这几个月是我人生当中最低潮的时后，很多突如其来的事我都不知道怎样应付，唯有硬着头皮硬撑，从中学习解决事情的技巧。

在这件事上我看到了人性的一些弱点，它们是多麽的丑陋。平时不管包装得多麽好，总有露出破斩的时后。

有效地根治头疼！

以下是小弟试过有效的头痛治疗法，现在和大家分享！注意：此疗法对女性特别有效，不防一试。

材料：

1. 川弓


2. 百子


3. 天蔴


4. 鱼头（鱼头要先煎熟。如果没有鱼头，可用两粒生鸡蛋代替。）

煮法：

先把材料和三饭碗开水倒入锅里，煮沸后再用慢火煮一至一个半小时，便可食用。

如选用生鸡蛋，也和其他材料一起倒入锅里。鸡蛋熟后，去壳，再放入锅里继续慢火煮一至一个半小时，便可食用。

以上份量适合两人食用。到药材店请指明要两人食用的份量。

I'm back!

Since my first post in July, more than 4 months never hear from me, you guys must be really eager for my post again,herein let yours dream come true.

Last few months i'm busy in switching company, it was a hassle deal. However, when the worst gone something be good after. For all of yours, how are you doing?

During year-end season festival fall down, what are you guys planning to do? Go somewhere for vacation? gathering? Shopping at crowed complex? I got long time never hear from my precious classmates ringtone la.....

2007 will be end up soon, another great year is waiting for us to pursuit our desire, let's go cheers!

Sooooo happy to see photos of Loo, happily (heavily...) married to Superdad and expecting a Superbaby. Both of you look great. Loo is right, no matter boy or girl, as long as its healthy, that's the most important thing. Loo, promise you will update us with your progress and hopefully a photo of you heavily pregnant...

As for Pei, two healthy and happy boys...wow...has it been that long since I left Malaysia??? Both boys are gorgeous looking...ok, Pei looks pretty and young too...Pei, more photos? Including your husband's?

Hi King,

Thanks for the greeting. I'm now 5 months plus but still can't see the gender of my baby.. To me, boy or girl doesn't matter, as long as the baby is healthy :)

This is the only photo that I have taken after I conceived.. I have put on 8kg but doctor said my conditions are good as I only put on 1kg every month. hehehehe...

Many Congratulations to Yee Loo!!!

First of all, many congratulations to Yee Loo and husband Yang, they are going to have a baby soon, as soon as March!!!

It is always good to hear this kind of news, always brings a smile to your face. We used to study under one roof when we were in our teens and now, she is going to have a baby, strange feelings.....Come to think of it, there must be many of you who already have children of your own, some might even be in primary schools.....wow!!! Congratulations to you too!!!

As for my wife and me, none yet. We will be trying soon, maybe in a year or two.

And for those of you who are still single, I sincerely hope you are enjoying it; if not, you have a lot of catching up to do!!!

Yee Loo and Yang, great work. Hopefully, we will see some of Loo's pregnant photos, and also their baby's photos.

Long time no blog!

It's been more than a month since I last wrote something in the blog.

Parents-in-law have been in Edinburgh from July till now,busy entertaining them! So sad that they are leaving in a couple of days(9th Oct),it's gonna take some time getting used to not having them around in the flat.....the place is going to be so quite.....Anyways,all things(good or bad) will come to an end eventually.

Will be having some time off work from 15th till 23rd Oct. Booked a holiday with my wife,going to Rome for 5 nights.....can't wait.

Will write more after we return from Rome,hopefully with some amazing photographs!

Where is everyone?

Where are you guys? It's really disappointing.....Started this blog so that we have a place to share stuff with each other but, no one is sharing!

Why?

Too busy with life? Excuses.....

Great Day Out!

Scotland is famous for its bad weather, always dull and wet...but when you get a sunny day like this one, you have to treasure it. It was 30th July, Monday, our day off. We went to this small seaside town called Dunbar. It's 30 minutes drive east of Edinburgh.

See the small, rock island behind my right shoulder? Its called Bass Rock. It's famous with seabird watchers. The white stuff on top of the rock, it's not snow, it's...BIRD SHIT!!!

Does anyone of you have any problems with Window Vista and Norton Internet Security? Been having loads of problems after renewing my Norton subscription...pc was super slow...even hanged. Loads of error messages and it takes forever to start up or shut down,arghhhh...

Life in Chong Hwa.

Life in Chong Hwa wasn't too bad. You know what to do : try to pass as many exams as possible and with your fingers crossed, hope to graduate at the same time as your other classmates.


I can still remember that I fail my Chinese language every single year, and yet I still managed to go to the next year, strange. My understanding was you are NOT allowed to go to the next year if you fail your Chinese language, no matter how good your other subjects were (correct me if I was wrong). Anyway, Chinese language was my weakest subject. My other weak subjects include History, Geography, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and also any subject involving numbers.....'numbers' hated me! That leaves me with.....nothing!! I was good at nothing back in high school!!!


Anyway, I manage to graduate after six years of messing about in classes.


Sincerely hope my parents doesn't know the existence of this blog.

14 years since we left Chong Hwa Independent High School, so proud that we are still in touch, and remember each other's little details.....

The name is King.

Hello. I know you will remember me. Not a lot of people can call themselves KING but it's really my middle name. I think the government already banned people naming their kids KING.

During our years in Chong Hwa, I only know of two or three people that called themselves KING/KENG, if you are confused, I am the naughty one!! I am the one that falls asleep during lectures,only wakes up in between classes to go to toilet, and during breaktime for my lunch. OCCASIONALLY wake up to chat up girls!!!(Not always successful.....)

Will write more next time.

Hi Hi.. I'm not sure whether you guys still remember me? Hoo Yee Loo.. The one with round face and 2 dimpers.. hehehehe.. aiya, gang of king, sook pei and wong soo foong a.k.a papaya!!!!

I'm glad that King has created this blog, so that everyone can keep in touch and know what we all are actually doing now.. We're 32 this year already, so fast!!! we had left Chong Hwa for 14 years.

I'm curently working at an International Advertising Agency now as traffic manager!! weired right? my position.. I'm not the one who look after the car park.. Infact, my job scope is to coordinate with the brand management team and creative department.

My life is great, I have a lovely kid who is 4 years old now, and I have group of best friends who always my travelling kaki. You can imagine how fun is my life. Well, I don't mean to show my joy to you guys, I just want to share my happiness and sadness together with you guys.

I wonder if this has ever happened to any of you:

It's 2:30 in the morning. You are lying in your bed but you are wide awake. You let your thoughts wonder about and all of a sudden,your thoughts bring you back to your high school - Chong Hwa Independent High School, Kuala Lumpur. You see familiar faces, some you know their names and some you can't really remember. Those were the happy days.....you wonder what they are up to now? Where are they now? How nice if you could hear from them again. How nice if you could see them and catch up on each others life after the graduation......

That's the reason behind the setting up of this blog. This is a platform for all of us to write something about our little adventures after high school. Our career, our partner, our family, our experiences, good ones and bad ones.....this really sounds exciting!!!

I know all of you are busy with your life, career, kids, blah...blah...blah...but hey, posting in a blog is also part of life!!! Please, write something, share something.
